Host an Event
Have a community group or organization that's interested in hosting a fun, high impact meal packing event with us? We'd love to work with you.
Events are a minimum of one 90-minute shift, with setup and cleanup time. Multiple shifts are welcome if there is enough volunteer demand.

What we provide
Event management
Turnkey operation - supplies, food, equipment, distribution
Web-based registration and donation forms
Marketing playbook
Insurance certificate
Payment for janitorial services (if necessary)
What you provide as the host
Appropriate space for the event - something like a school gym works best, main requirements are enough space, easy-to-clean floor, truck access, palette access (wide enough door, preferably no/minimal stairs), janitorial service if available
20-25 tables
Promotion to drive a minimum of 50 volunteers
Promotion to drive donations (no minimum requirement)
